These winch drums are out 2 parts manufactured.
If you wish to shorten it to a smaller winch drum.
This is possible because the 2 parts are mounted with a tensioning box.
After removing of this tensioning box you ca nshorten the winch drum to the width you choose, all by yourself.
This is very universal
